From Bikes to Jets: Dwyane Wade Unveils His and Hers Aircrafts with Gabrielle Union

All of us hate having to go back to work after a holiday, especially if we have to drive for a long time. That doesn’t seem to bother Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union, though.

The actress and former basketball star took a trip through Europe in August and showed that they could switch from boats to bikes and cars. The two are flying in style on private jets to get back to their work.

Dwyane Wade showed off “His and hers” jets in an Instagram Story he shared on Sunday. The two of them were going to different famous events. The former NBA player got together with LeBron James and Chris Bosh to watch Bosh get admitted into the Hall of Fаme in Springfield, Massachusetts.

At the same time, actor Gabrielle Union took a private jet to New York to get ready for the 2021 Met Gala, which is held every year to raise money for the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

The two were on the same plane, a Bombardier Aerospace Challenger 300 range business jet, on their way to different places. Before, Dwyane Wade told Jetset Magazine that he likes most private planes, but he chose the 300 Challenger as his favorite: “My favorite private jet to fly on is the 300 Challenger.” That looks a bit like bling to me. “My favorite plane is the Challenger.”

Eight people plus two crew members can fit on the plane. The house is about 7 meters (25 feet) long, and the whole thing is 21 feet (70 feet) long. There are six high-end leather seats on board, along with all the necessary comforts.

If you want to know how much the power couple spends on their “commute,” you should know that they don’t live a cheap life. The expected hourly charter price for a Challenger 300 is $3,000. If you want to buy one, EvoJets says it costs between $13 and $14 million.
